Cally Edgren

Over the course of my career, I’ve surprised more than a few people with my passion for compliance, but to me, it's about much more than ticking boxes.

From my early days as an ergonomist reducing injuries for employees, to leading ambitious product compliance and certification programs at Rockwell, Kohler and now at Assent, my career is a testament to the power of good processes. At Assent, I lead a talented global team focused on product compliance and responsible sourcing excellence, steering manufacturers toward practices that promote sustainability and protect their global market access. My approach is at both the strategic program level as well as allowing for a little fun as a subject matter expert, most recently evident in my work developing solutions for manufacturers to meet regulatory issues around PFAS.
