Over the course of my career, I’ve surprised more than a few people with my passion for compliance, but to me, it's about much more than ticking boxes.
From my early days as an ergonomist reducing injuries for employees, to leading ambitious product compliance and certification programs at Rockwell, Kohler and now at Assent, my career is a testament to the power of good processes. At Assent, I lead a talented global team focused on product compliance and responsible sourcing excellence, steering manufacturers toward practices that promote sustainability and protect their global market access. My approach is at both the strategic program level as well as allowing for a little fun as a subject matter expert, most recently evident in my work developing solutions for manufacturers to meet regulatory issues around PFAS.
Charlie Angelakos is Vice President, Global External Affairs and Sustainability at McCain Foods Limited.
In this role, Charlie leads the company’s external communication, public affairs and sustainability strategy across 160 countries.
Before joining McCain, Charlie worked at Labatt Breweries of Canada for 18 years, most recently as Vice President, Legal and Corporate Affairs.
He also spent time in Canadian politics, working as an advisor to Canadian Prime Minister Jean Chrétien and Ontario Premier Dalton McGuinty.
Dan Spitale is a VP at UPS Capital and brings over two decades of commercial sales and marketingexperience in financial services and logistics to UPS Capital.
He leads our global sales organization and has led customer advocacy efforts as Head of Customer Journey and New Channel Partner Acquisition. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Purdue University and a master’s degree in executive leadership from the University of Notre Dame. Dan resides in Marietta, GA, and enjoys spending time with his wife and son, hitting the gym, cooking, and reading.

George Wade is the Co-Founder and Chief Commercial Officer of Zevero - a leading carbon management platform that empowers organisations to measure, reduce and report their carbon emissions with precision and efficiency.
He’s passionate about building tools and using data to fight climate change. In his previous role as a carbon consultant in waste management, he realised that companies needed more actionable ways to become sustainable and co-founded Zevero.
Since its inception, Zevero has worked with many global challenger brands in the FMCG and consumer-goods industries, including MOTH, DEYA, Gipsy Hill, among others. Zevero operates in UK, Europe, Japan, U.S., Australia, and Asia-Pacific countries.

John is President and chief executive officer of Kinaxis, the global leader in modern end-to-end supply chain management. A passionate technologist and vocal advocate of “supply chains for good”, John leads 2,000 employees in more than 25 countries with the mission of improving the world’s most complex supply chains for the benefit of people and the planet.
Since John become CEO in 2016, Kinaxis revenue has more than quadrupled and he continues to advocate for fundamental change in supply chain management. With nearly 30 years’ tenure at Kinaxis, John first started at the company as an early contributor to the core architecture and development of the company’s supply chain management software.

Krenar Komoni - Founder and CEO, Tive
Krenar Komoni has developed breakthrough ideas in data analytics, logistics, electronics design for nearly 20 years. As an innovator and market leader, he has successfully developed and lead cross-functional teams while enhancing business performance in sales, finance, supply chain logistics, distribution, and manufacturing. Most recently Krenar founded the Global Supply Chain Visibility company Tive, Inc. and serves in the role of CEO. Tive is a cloud-based platform that uses IoT sensors to capture critical real-time sensor data as products are shipped around the world. Krenar embodies the leadership, management, and vision necessary to deliver market innovation, drive growth, and unlock hidden potential.
Spencer Malcolm has been Principal at Forsyth Advisors since 2023. Prior to arriving, Spencer worked in a variety of capacities involving strategic sourcing, distribution, manufacturing, and service across industries including consumer products, OEM, paper/packaging and building products. In addition to supply chain optimization, Spencer focuses on operational strategy, continuous improvement development, and manufacturing implementation.
Spencer graduated from Northwestern University with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering where he was a varsity wrestler, earned an MSc in Biomechanical Engineering from the University of Edinburgh(UK), and an MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management. Spencer is the 1996 Great British National Wrestling Champion.
Thom Campbell - Co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer, Capacity LLC
Thom has worked to grow Capacity since its earliest days alongside his co-founders. He has held a number of roles, including leading client services, and currently oversees sales and marketing.
Thom takes a special interest in attracting and retaining the people who make up Capacity’s extraordinarily passionate culture. Prior to Capacity, Thom was with Morgan Stanley for 7 years, managing investment banking and investor relations for institutional mutual funds.
Before joining Morgan Stanley, Thom was at Bottomline Technologies, implementing electronic payment systems for major financial institutions. Prior to that he worked at the American Institute of Chemical Engineers.
Thom holds a degree in English from Princeton University.
